To participate, please click the blue PayPal button to pay the donation registration fee of $75 FOR LOW-INCOME individuals. To qualify as low-income, an individual or family must be homeless or receive one of the following benefits, SNAP or TANF Benefits, Social Security Disability, SSI, Georgia Medicaid, Medicare, WIC or receive housing assistance under HUD i.e., Section 8 Voucher and/or subsidized housing (Proof of low-income status will be required). Individuals who do not meet the definition of low-income are permitted to participate by paying a $300.00 donation registration fee. Make sure you include your name, contact number, and email address when making the donation. Once that is complete, please revisit this page, and fill out the online registration form below. A member of our staff will contact you to confirm your registration. All donations will be used to help fund our charity programs and services. ***PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! I understand the workshop donation registration fee is $75 for low-income individuals and non-transferable/non-refundable. Please note, Administrators, Educators, Program Directors, and Staff employed by state and local government, a Nonprofit organization, College, University, School, LLC or For-profit business, are required to complete our workshop registration form and pay a $300.00 donation fee per registrant. Payments must be paid using the following link: https://dfoww.org/support-us/. The $300.00 donation fee also applies to any volunteers of the above-listed entities. The $75 donation registration fee applies only to low-income individuals, families, students, low-income senior citizens, and homeless individuals.
