Daphany DuBois was reared in Niagara Falls, New York. After graduating from LaSalle Senior High school, she began writing her first book "Emotional Scarred" - A collection of short stories addressing intersex and gender related issues.
Daphany graduated from Erie Community College in Buffalo, New York earnings an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts.
Daphany then attended Buffalo State College where she studied Theater and Performing Arts.
In 2010, Daphany began writing her memoirs, 1027 The Red House on The Left, which was published in 2012.
Daphany is a Freelance writer and logophile, who continues to be a robust exponent on intersex biological variations.
Daphany currently lives in Atlanta Georgia.
